There are so many option for blogs. It's crazy. I feel like I just want something simple, but it turns out, I actually want something more complicated.

I want:

• Simple post writing - just a text file is fine.
• Assets
• Back/forward navigation
• View posts ...

I really want to replace this terrible light fixture under my cabinet:

It shines light right into your eyeballs and give you a headache. Not ideal.

To replace this, I want to build one! But a little fancier. I want to have:

• The light to not shine directly into my eyeballs
• Granular power controls
  • Turn a section on or off
  • Turn all on
  • Turn all off
• Color controls
  • Modify the color to be any RGB - ideally warm white or cool white (I like a brighter cool white while my GF likes a warm white)
• A nice wooden housing

This is, I hope, the last entry in the cabinet light saga. While it was fun to tinker with the programming of the first one, a number of issues arose that were annoying to deal with. With the learnings from the first "prototype", I created a second version that was easier to build & should be MUCH safer.
